I, Dr Sydney N Bennett had moved from North Bay to Victoria then Vancouver before leaving for Ottawa after spending time in the North Bay & area in Ontario, Canada

I had taken courses in Vancouver & was there to work - study & live then I had taken an opportunity in Ottawa so I moved

To Ottawa. I rented an apartment in the South near Carleton U & the Airport then continued courses through Michael Persinger & included some though Algonquin College between cycling & snowboarding with specifics including 5 Eyes Agents with K.T & some Officers in Ottawa of their Police Service & OPP (5 or 6 people)

In Ottawa I remained connected to Montreal & Sudbury then later left for Kelowna after time in the North Bay & area before moving to Calgary instead of Vancouver again

It was in Ottawa I created a pully based advanced bounce back regenerative design which is now part of C/M owned by CIG

In Vancouver it was Security & Intelligence connected to Ottawa - Montreal 

2012-2025 involved a strategic time line separate from 1999-2001 / 2001-2011
