The structural controls will void homelessness 100% while allowing people to build up & maintain then in an Emergency they contract assets & size of housing while building back up then expand back or grow further rather than loose

The 1-2 Tier subsidy is designed as a profit sharing dividend hybrid private - public market balanced

This makes everyone's lived better & creates a strong stable economy

Homelessness creates higher crime rates as does a lack of structural Tiers & security then monetary opportunity. It's the job of 4+ & Government to address
