An Air-Tube - Tank Paddle Air-Pump which runs the length of the Shaft or Belt drive in the center

This separate from other Air-Pump creates a fast acting lightweight air pump with Yield gains which separate from temporary air-intake from Motion

As the air exhausts out of the 0.5 Tube of 2 or 4+ the Air-Pump then replenishes yet with a Switch-Back allows you to switch to a fully pressurized Air-Tank Tube while that of which is depleted from use is quickly refilled

As the air pressure depelats you switch to a fully pressurized air tank & the depleted is refilled automatically by the pumps using the axel & shaft or belt drive system pushing air back in compressing to pressurize in a cycle  

Different additives including Pelton to EV Motor & even to Energy Storage (Battery) allows us to have Endless Energy for different uses
